Source and Update Policy

Source and Update Policy

How XSNeo chooses sources, marks updates, and handles changing high-risk information.

Source and Update Policy

XSNeo tries to separate facts, explanations, and practical checklists. For OKX and exchange-related content, official sources have priority.

Preferred sources

  • Exchange terms of service.
  • Risk and compliance disclosures.
  • Official fee pages.
  • Official help centers.
  • Information shown inside the user's own account interface.

Sources we avoid treating as final

We do not treat social media rumors, chat screenshots, unverified rebate screenshots, or third-party “inside information” as final facts.

Update dates

High-risk articles include a last updated date. That date does not guarantee fees, campaigns, and regional restrictions are unchanged. Users should still verify official pages.

Outdated information

If content becomes outdated, the main text, risk notes, and internal links should be updated. Information that cannot be verified should be removed or rewritten as something users must confirm on official pages.
